Details
Welich Wachu draws coffee from a number of local coffee-growing zones in Ethiopia. 36 grower cooperatives now contribute to their mill. Each farmer in these cooperatives cultivates a "Coffee Garden" growing 100 - 1800 trees per hectare. The plants are mostly fertilised with organic material and are intercropped with local food crops.
