DetailsThis particular coffee is grown using shade from indigenous heirloom trees with only ripe red cherries harvested and processed. This method of specially selecting the cherries is more labour intensive, but the return to the farmer is far greater. The extra preparation give an amazing fruity and complex coffee, reflective of the high standards and attention given to this coffee. This is coffee is staff favourite and it proudly won us a Bronze medal at the Golden Bean Awards.
