Details
El Carmen is a member of the Red Associations project, based in Pitalito, Huila. The project in this region began with the creation of a drying hub, where producers from the local area could dry their harvest without the risk of rainfall rinsing away their profits. Their aim is to help producers improve their bean processing and achieve greater profits through education in farming methods through to grading of the bean.
