Edio Miranda and his wife Maria acquired ‘Sitio Santo Antonio do Prado’ estate in 1947. They turned the vacant land into their major source of income through coffee production. The land is surrounded by a beautiful national park 'Parque Estadual da Serra do Brigadeiro' with waterfall and mountain views. Located in higher altitudes, with an ideal climate, the family is blessed with quality coffee cherries. The family focuses on improved post-harvest techniques to improve the potential of their coffees, slow drying their coffee and strictly controlling the humidity, avoiding risks of overfermentation. They have been awarded various awards at regional coffee competitions.

* Required Fields

This honey processed coffee from Brazil has been carefully processed. First, the skin of the cherry is removed from the beans and the sweet flesh of the cherry is allowed to dry onto the coffee, creating a sticky honey-like effect. The beans are then washed before being thoroughly dried and sent for export. The result is a beautiful sweet coffee, that highlights the chocolate and caramel notes of the coffee.
